Michael Reed—co-owner and executive chef of beloved brunch restaurant Poppy + Rose—is challenging avocado toast’s reign as brunch’s hottest dish with his Mushroom Toast recipe! Michael starts with griddled sourdough bread, slathers it with homemade hollandaise sauce, tops it with sautéed mushrooms and spinach, then crowns it with a mound of rich scrambled eggs in this decadent dish perfect for brunch.
