Today we’re making a Mango Mead using a wine base! Now, I know some of you are going to be mad about me using a wine base, but it works! You can absolutely substitute out real fruit, I just didn’t want to do that for this brew. I will be making a mango mead with real fruit soon. I hope you enjoy this video! Mango Mead Recipe:

103 oz of Mango Wine Base
6 Pounds of Blueberry Honey
Water Up to 5 Gallons
17 Grams of Fermaid O
5 Grams of Lalvin 71B-1122
— Stabilized —
1/2 tsp of Tartaric Acid
4 oz of Hungarian Oak Cubes
1 Pound of Mango Honey to Backsweeten
